Strategic Project Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex commercial projects
Project Planning & Budget Management: Experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
Risk Mitigation: Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
Digital Transformation Knowledge: Understanding of digital PD products and tools, and experience promoting their adoption
Market Expansion Expertise: Experience in identifying and pursuing market expansion opportunities
Portfolio Management Skills: Experience in optimizing product and country portfolios
Geox (Geographical expansion) Experience: Familiarity with Geox projects and coordination with MEA and EMEA teams

Financial Management: Experience with financial management and reporting

Responsibilities

Lead and manage major commercial projects across MEA (e.g., Libya, North Africa, South Africa, Iraq) expansions
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and successful delivery
Utilize and promote the adoption of digital PD products tools to enhance customer relationship management
Lead digital marketing initiatives to support the expansion of PD & Acute Therapies and increase market penetration
Focus on the expansion of PD & Acute Therapies, identifying annual opportunities for market or portfolio expansion
Leverage Vantive in the region to optimize product and country portfolios
Coordinate with MEA and EMEA Geox teams on the roll-out of Geox projects
Track, launch, implement, and monitor the sales performance of all Geox activities
Foster a “One Team MEA” culture through effective communication and collaboration with the EMEA team
Act as a liaison between MEA and EMEA teams, ensuring alignment on critical issues and projects
Manage investments with a focus on high ROI, cost control, and efficient use of digital tools
