This is a hybrid role working from any of FRP's California locations.
Candidates need a P&C License in California, high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of industry experience, Epic system experience, and surplus/excess lines experience. Additional requirements include strong organizational skills, intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The role involves collaborating with the growing Northern California team to deliver high-quality customer service and achieve service standards including execution, delivery, and retention.
Strong candidates will have the required P&C License, Epic system and surplus lines experience, 5+ years in the industry, and demonstrate ability to work independently with strong organizational and communication skills.
