Responsibilities

The Commercial Counsel will support complex commercial transactions across the APAC region, draft, review, and negotiate agreements with customers, suppliers, and partners, and partner with regional teams to implement go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities also include monitoring and interpreting evolving APAC legal and regulatory developments, developing and localizing contract templates and policies, and providing commercially focused legal advice to cross-functional teams.
