Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in business, information systems, data science, computer science, engineering, or related field
2-4 years of relevant experience related to business processes, preferably in a commercial or business enablement environment
Demonstrable experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau required)
Ability to build and modify basic SQL queries
Solid understanding of database concepts, schema structure, and CRM platforms
Experience in process mapping, workflow improvement, and iterative solution development
Familiarity with design thinking or similar methodologies (highly valued)
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and facilitate discussions among diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

Define requirements and optimize crucial data sets and business processes for commercial operations efficiency, including day-to-day management and ongoing improvements
Seek approaches to leverage automation and AI tools
Leverage technical skills to translate business requirements into effective workflows and frameworks
Document current and evolving business processes, particularly related to integration within Commodity Insights; take ownership to adapt, refine, or construct processes as needs evolve
Serve as the point-of-contact on Sustainable1 Commercial processes
Regularly assess and iterate existing processes and data flows using a continuous improvement mindset; identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
Conduct research and requirements gathering among stakeholders (sales, relationship management, commercial leadership, marketing, business operations) to identify enablement frameworks and workflows
Manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously with flexibility and adaptability; serve as point of contact on various integration initiatives
Serve as point of contact between commercial teams and technical resources; facilitate communication and coordinate with cross-functional teams for alignment and project delivery
Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI to produce actionable insights; build and maintain dashboards and reports
Apply basic SQL query-building skills to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
Leverage understanding of CRM systems to support commercial teams, aligning data and process improvements with CRM functionalities and best practices
