Prior fitness teaching experience or certification is not required, and completion of [solidcore]'s comprehensive training program is mandatory.
[solidcore] coaches will lead clients through signature classes, educating them on resistance-based machines and providing motivation, while also thinking quickly to support clients of varying skill levels. They will participate in team meetings and events, interact with clients and the fitness community, create a welcoming fitness space, perform client-facing system tasks, tour prospective clients, maintain product knowledge, address client needs and concerns, assist with daily operations, notify management of complaints, and quickly address issues.
High-intensity, low-impact resistance training classes
Solidcore offers high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workouts through 50-minute classes that emphasize slow, purposeful movements to engage core muscles. These workouts are designed to be both challenging and safe, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement. Solidcore caters to fitness enthusiasts of all levels, providing both in-studio and online class options. Clients can book classes individually or purchase memberships for multiple sessions, and the company also offers corporate packages and gift cards.
