Responsibilities

[solidcore] coaches lead clients through signature classes, educating them on resistance-based machines and motivating them through challenging workouts, while providing personalized attention and accountability. They participate in team meetings and events, learn new techniques, interact with clients, embody the brand culture, create an inclusive fitness space, perform client-facing system tasks, tour prospective clients, maintain product knowledge, address client needs and concerns, assist with daily operations, notify management of complaints, and address issues promptly.
