Requirements

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in roles within the Telecommunication industry
At least 3 years in a Business Function Test Lead role with strong focus on business process analysis, user acceptance testing, and business systems validation related to Order Capture and Order Fulfilment
Strong network background with experience in Network Engineering, Support and Administration (configuring and troubleshooting network infrastructure, hardware, software, and protocols)
Previous knowledge or experience with Access and Design of Network Architecture to perform quality checks on network design and implementation of complex network solutions
Expert proficiency in Business Flow Process Expertise (deep understanding of BPM principles, methodologies like process mapping/modeling/analysis, and tools; ability to analyze, document, improve workflows, align with strategy, and optimize)
Expert proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Strategy & Execution (develop UAT strategies, test plans, manage lifecycle from planning to sign-off, coordinate with end-users/stakeholders)
Advanced proficiency in Business-Driven Test Scenario & Test Case Design (design/facilitate UAT scenarios/test cases reflecting real-world business use cases, focusing on business value/end-user experience)
Expert proficiency in Stakeholder Management & Communication (communicate with technical/non-technical stakeholders, build relationships, manage expectations, convey UAT progress/risks)
Advanced proficiency in Defect Management & Business Impact Analysis (identify, document, track defects)

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, hardware, software (including updates), and network protocols
Perform quality checks on network design and implementation of complex network solutions
Size and manage network capacity and plan for future network changes
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance
Continuously improve network performance and contribute to new network standards
Analyze, document, and improve complex business workflows as part of integrated testing
Develop comprehensive UAT strategies, detailed test plans, and manage the UAT lifecycle
Design and facilitate creation of business-driven test scenarios and test cases
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage expectations, and report on testing progress and risks
Identify, document, track defects, and perform business impact analysis
