Responsibilities

The Cloud Support Engineer will act as a technical resource for customers, addressing complex technical challenges and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will troubleshoot and resolve issues within SaaS and private cloud environments, including AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes workloads. This role involves collaborating with support, product, and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and identify improvements. Additionally, the engineer will create and update support documentation, KEDBs, FAQs, and tutorials, and advocate for customers in internal discussions.
