Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry, specifically in channel sales, partner account management, or channel development roles with a software vendor. Proven experience in a cybersecurity company demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols is required, along with in-depth channel and field sales experience and an understanding of the cloud market business model. Strong presentation, communication, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills are essential. A high level of discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with accuracy are also necessary. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, able to work with minimal supervision, and possess strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, along with a collaborative, team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

The Cloud Partner Success Manager will drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through assigned partners by conducting territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners. They will perform account planning with managed partners, train new and existing partners on products, and guide them through onboarding and enablement. Responsibilities include motivating partners to sell Acronis services, driving partner satisfaction as a trusted advisor, and leading successful upsell/cross-sell initiatives to increase new services attach rates. The role involves minimizing churn and retaining partners, engaging internal resources to support partner growth, and profiling managed partners on their vendors and tools. Additionally, the manager will lead partners through their lifecycle management with regular activities focused on educating and evangelizing, and maintain regular contact with every partner based on priority.
