Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience is required, with specific hands-on expertise in CLM systems such as Ironclad or DocuSign. Familiarity with GitLab is also expected.
The CLM Administrator will administer, configure, and maintain CLM systems and contract management software to support business processes and ensure SOX-compliant change management. They will identify, recommend, and implement CLM system enhancements, translating business requirements into technical specifications and documenting updated processes. This role involves leading or partnering with a CRM team and contractors, understanding core business processes like Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay, and engaging with stakeholders to align CLM functionality with operational requirements. Responsibilities also include supporting data security, compliance, legal, and governance processes, leading projects to enhance CLM functionality, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, configuring technical solutions according to internal standards, conducting code reviews, and liaising with the CLM software vendor for support and enhancements.
