  • Expertise as technical procedure and product expert, with heavy focus on Vessel Closure portfolio (small and large bore arterial, venous, and future products)
  • Ability to serve Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and hospital staff
  • Skills in case planning, case support coverage, and product pull-through in designated territory and region
  • Capability to promote Vascular products through education, service, and training in hospital settings
  • Experience providing clinical education and sales support to achieve sales goals, increase revenues, and market share

Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical procedure and product expert for case coverage in hospital settings (Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology Lab, Operating Room)
  • Meet with existing and potential customers (e.g., physicians, office groups) to identify needs, goals, constraints, and demonstrate Vascular products
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel, make new contacts, and identify key decision makers
  • Act as primary resource for clinical support, troubleshooting, and in-service education on company products
  • Educate customers on product merits and usage via presentations, demonstrations (e.g., slides, manuals), and updates on latest developments
  • Attend clinical procedures to ensure customer and patient success with Vascular products
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing solutions or collaborating with sales, clinical research, marketing, product development
  • Support broader region with case coverage as needed
