Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or sales role
  • Strong knowledge of medical devices and implantable devices
  • Proficient in complex programming

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical, clinical, and programming assistance to Territory Managers and customers
  • Assists Territory Managers in after-hours call support and activities
  • Integrates into all accounts, builds trust and relationships, and establishes strong rapport with customers
  • Conducts PCP work and educational in-services
  • Contacts, visits, and engages clients and potential clients in the Company's products
  • Provides medical professionals with sales support, information, and training on the use of Company products
  • Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts and customers
  • Conducts evaluations and develops sales strategies for capital equipment opportunities within accounts
  • Collects and studies information about new and existing products and monitors competitor sales, prices, and products
  • Provides feedback to providers on the directions for use specific to implantable devices
  • Attends trade shows and conferences to meet other sales representatives
