Responsibilities

The CRM Product Support Specialist will act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business, demonstrating the ability to build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise accordingly. They will provide comprehensive engineering, sales, education, and clinical support in response to field inquiries on an as-needed basis, develop and lead training sessions and programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals, and offer additional back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
