Requirements

  • High School diploma PLUS a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% outside the territory

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives
  • Represent Medtronic CAS during ablation procedures to provide troubleshooting and technical assistance
  • Receive technical inquiries from customers and research solutions
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters
  • Assist RM and field training department in educating/training new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers
  • Provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel
  • Provide Sales Support to help influence revenue growth within the region
  • Update sales representatives concerning procedures and notify Account Manager regarding issues
  • Serve as effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff
  • Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures
  • Understand national, regional, and territory sales objectives and work with Account Manager to achieve goals
