Responsibilities

Provide engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff involving EP products
Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business
Develop, lead, and/or facilitate trainings and other programs on EP products to healthcare professionals
Provide insight, guidance, and feedback to management on market feedback and components of next generation products
Provide regional EP procedural case coverage
Provide back-up support to EP Sales Representatives in sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, trouble shooting, and new product in-service training to physicians, nurses, and sales representatives
Assist Training and Education departments with advanced educational seminars and preparation of educational materials
Assist Sales with advanced product demonstrations to visiting physicians and sales personnel
Identify and use the most effective, cost-efficient, and best business practices; continually evaluate their effectiveness
