Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a clinical or operational role supporting patient care, demonstrating exceptional people skills and strong communication abilities. A proven track record of making data-driven decisions, a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences, and excellent organizational and multitasking skills are essential. Medical assistance experience and the ability to document detailed workflows are also required.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Services Coordinator will manage all patient communication, including outreach, engagement, data entry, scheduling, appointment coordination, pre-authorizations, and billing follow-up. Responsibilities include scheduling virtual visits and outpatient procedures, following up with patients to drive engagement, providing technical support, compiling and verifying data for reporting, identifying and correcting deficiencies, and documenting customer data. The role also involves proactively identifying improvement opportunities, executing policies for the best patient experience, and working from 9 am to 5 pm CST.
