The Clinical Services Coordinator will manage all patient communication, including outreach, engagement, data entry, scheduling, appointment coordination, pre-authorizations, and billing follow-up. Responsibilities include scheduling virtual visits and outpatient procedures, following up with patients to drive engagement, providing technical support, compiling and verifying data for reporting, identifying and correcting deficiencies, and documenting customer data. The role also involves proactively identifying improvement opportunities, executing policies for the best patient experience, and working from 9 am to 5 pm CST.
