Requirements

Candidates must possess an MD or DO with an active medical license and have at least 7 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare organizations, including demonstrated success in customer-facing roles. A deep understanding of Medicare and value-based care models is essential, along with experience partnering with complex client relationships such as IPAs, CINs, MSOs, and IDNs. Strong operational acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex clinical and financial data are also required.

Responsibilities

The Chief Medical Officer will provide expert clinical guidance to internal teams, ensuring alignment with medical standards and collaborating with R&D and Operations for clinical relevance. This role involves serving as a key clinical escalation point for clients, resolving complex challenges, and building strong relationships with critical clients. The CMO will also act as an external evangelist for Pearl Health, promoting the company's vision through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and publications. Additionally, the CMO will partner with leadership to integrate new business lines, facilitate the onboarding of new offerings, and educate clients on maximizing Pearl's capabilities.
