Requirements

3+ years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting
Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, social work, or another closely related field
Active therapy license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) or a previously active license, with recent experience in clinical therapy/counseling
Excellent organizational skills and time management skills with an ability to solve problems independently and establish cross functional working relationships
Working knowledge of clinical best practice, evidence based practice, measurement informed care, CPT codes, documentation requirements, and diagnostic skills
Excellent written communication skills

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for managing the clinical support inbox
Respond to inquiries from internal teams, providers, and occasionally patients
Interpret and apply clinical knowledge to complex scenarios
Take ownership of inbox workflows and maintain timely responses
Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for clinical quality issues across the organization
Provide clinical support to the Clinical Quality team
