Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a related field and be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) certified in good standing, with at least three years of experience working with children and/or adults with autism, including experience administering assessments such as VB-MAPP, SSIS, FAST, Skills Streaming and EFL. They should possess at least 12 units of coursework from an approved BACB course sequence or equivalent experience, along with two or more years of experience providing staff direction and development in a supervisory role, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, lift up to 40 lbs, and be comfortable spending time on their feet. Knowledge of HIPAA practices and adherence to policies are also required, along with demonstrated integrity and adherence to the BACB Ethical Code.
As a Clinical Manager, the individual will develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients with autism, administering assessments like VB-MAPP, SSIS, FAST, Skills Streaming and EFL. They will design and implement data collection procedures, supervise and mentor Program Supervisors and Registered Behavior Technicians in ABA concepts, conduct fidelity checks, collaborate with families and service providers, manage client documentation, and submit progress reports to insurance providers. Furthermore, they will create a positive and supportive environment for clients and staff, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and upholding ethical standards.
