Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a related field and be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) certified, with at least three years of experience working with children and/or adults with autism, including experience administering assessments such as VB-MAPP, SSIS, FAST, Skills Streaming and EFL. They should possess at least 12 units of coursework from an approved BACB course sequence or equivalent experience and demonstrated skills in ABA programming and case supervision, along with two or more years of experience providing staff direction and development in a supervisory role. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, lift up to 40 lbs, and be comfortable spending time on their feet, knowledge of HIPAA practices, and adherence to the BACB Ethical Code.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Manager, the individual will develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients with autism, administering assessments and utilizing evidence-based methodologies including ABA, ESDM, TEACCH, PECS, and PRT. They will design and implement data collection procedures, supervise and train staff, collaborate with families and providers, manage client documentation, and submit progress reports. Furthermore, they will conduct fidelity checks, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with regulations, while also managing the physical and emotional demands of the role, including client contact and potential emergency situations.
