Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a related field and be Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) certified, with three years of experience working with children or adults with autism, including experience administering assessments such as VB-MAPP, SSIS, FAST, Skills Streaming and EFL. They should possess at least 12 units of coursework from an approved BACB course sequence or equivalent experience, along with two or more years of experience providing staff direction and development in a supervisory role, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
As a Clinical Manager, the individual will develop and implement personalized treatment plans, administer assessments, design data collection procedures, supervise and mentor staff, collaborate with families and service providers, manage client documentation, submit progress reports, and ensure compliance with HIPAA practices. They will also be responsible for conducting fidelity checks, providing coaching and feedback, and managing client documentation, regularly reviewing data, and submitting timely progress reports to insurance providers.
