  • Availability for primary trial case support, commercial case coverage, and US-wide coverage as needed
  • Capability to act as Abbott proctor delegate for trial and commercial account startups
  • Patient-centric focus with high standards for clinical outcomes
  • Ability to identify quality concerns, challenges, and opportunities in trial and commercial accounts

Responsibilities

  • Support Abbott TAVI US clinical trials and commercial case coverage, including trial enrollment and sales support, primarily in assigned region with US-wide responsibility
  • Serve as main point of contact for trial-related activities, ensuring trial outcome accountability, oversight, and continuity
  • Conduct train-the-trainer activities, including proctoring, case observation hosting, solo case authorization, boot camp support, and mentoring new hires from hire to solo case support
  • Assist with trial and commercial overflow needs for CT planning and sizing using 3 Mensio with TAVI devices for patient selection
  • Act as primary resource for clinical trial case support and substitute for commercial case support, demonstrating excellence
  • Support account activations for trials and commercial sites, including as Abbott proctor delegate in startups
  • Identify opportunities and challenges in existing and potential accounts to assist in achieving commercial and trial goals
