Clinical Informatics Nurse - Registered Nurse

The Clinical Informatics Nurse will provide support for all conditions, programs, and care management applications, assisting with digital program launches and coordinating member outreach responses. Responsibilities include researching and correcting EMR data exceptions, implementing and optimizing healthcare information systems, and streamlining workflows. The role involves developing and maintaining documentation, conducting process testing and evaluation, and providing feedback for improvements. Additionally, the nurse will support Clinical Operations projects, attend meetings to provide nursing workflow insights, participate in pilots and focus groups, and assist with end-user testing and system updates. They will also provide support to staff, IT, and various business lines, acting as a resource for digital processes, aiding the training team, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting virtual observations. The position also includes assisting with the design and monitoring of digital outreach processes and maintaining staff schedules in Cadence.
