Exemplary customer service skills and the ability to support clinical programs, facilitate change, and collaborate effectively across functions are essential. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without direct authority are also required.
The Clinical Implementation Specialist will coordinate and facilitate the implementation of enterprise clinical initiatives, supporting programs that improve clinical practice, care delivery, and patient outcomes. Responsibilities include providing clinical insight and subject matter expertise, facilitating the implementation of clinical initiatives as directed by leadership, and coordinating activities across programs. This role involves conducting site visits to support implementation, assessing practice alignment, and gathering insights from clinic teams. Collaboration with field teams, various departments, and internal partners is crucial to meet clinical and operational goals. The specialist will apply knowledge of clinical workflows and care delivery processes to assist in initiative design and implementation, contribute to value-based care programs, and participate in the evaluation of information systems.
