Requirements

The Clinical Educator must have a background in nursing and be knowledgeable in all chronic kidney disease treatment programs. They should possess leadership competencies, excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, critical thinking, team building, employee motivation, performance management, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with company and industry guidelines, products, services, and strategies is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Educator will support the training and education of employees in assigned geographical areas, delivering standardized, competency-based programs. Responsibilities include facilitating new employee orientation, preceptor training, facility-specific in-services, and clinical, quality, and customer service training to improve patient care and achieve company goals. They will collaborate with leaders to implement training programs, utilize various educational techniques, and maintain open communication with internal and external customers, while also supporting metric/KPI programs and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
