Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid, unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW, LISW, or Clinical Psychologist) in their state of residence, along with at least 1 year of crisis intervention experience. A Master's degree in a Behavioral Health or Counseling Field is required. Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of EAP, Behavioral Health, or Social Services experience, familiarity with brief therapy models and Motivational Interviewing, call center experience, and experience delivering services via multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Counselor will provide on-demand single session consultations, clinical assessments, triage, and informational services to members through phone, video, or chat. They will utilize advanced technology platforms to enhance customer experience and connect members to appropriate solutions, ensuring optimal outcomes and timely, high-quality mental health care.
