Requirements

  • Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure required (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc.) or Bachelor’s degree in nursing (RN)
  • State license to deliver mental health services independently (RN exception); candidates without this will not be considered
  • Two years post-licensure experience (EAP/clinical call center experience preferred)
  • Ability to work Sunday-Thursday 12am-8:30am PST (1am-9am MT / 2am-10am CT / 3am-11am EST)
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Skilled in crisis management
  • Comfortable adopting new technology platforms
  • Growth mindset, curious, open to feedback, adaptable to new protocols, and able to contribute to process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Manage crises and provide in-the-moment telephone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues
  • Ensure client safety
  • Connect clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities via phone and email (no in-person services or therapy)
  • Adapt quickly to new protocols in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide actionable feedback to internal teams and think critically about the care model
  • Contribute to process improvements based on data
