Requirements

Bilingual (French/English)
Previous clinical and/or coaching experience
Good judgment
Ability to translate skillset into writing and verbally
Strong computer skills
Ability to work with a flexible schedule, including holidays
Must be able to work in the U.S
No licensed clinicians or individuals within 12 months of licensure can be hired

Responsibilities

Provide text-based and video-based coaching to members in both French and English
Assist members in constructing attainable goals
Offer support and encouragement to members
Track successes and setbacks
Provide resources, tips, and strategies to facilitate ongoing progress
Discern when to refer members to a higher level of care
Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists to help develop and reinforce progress
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Attend and respond to multiple tasks simultaneously
Carry a flexible caseload of members and complete intakes of new members
Coaching support around topics such as depression, anxiety, stress management, relationships, communication, and career
