  • Willingness to work up to 5 holidays per year
  • Must work from within the 50 U.S. states (no territories like Puerto Rico); no access to data outside U.S
  • Not a licensed clinician or within 12 months of licensure; no clinical supervision provided

Responsibilities

  • Help members adapt to healthier lives by identifying personal strengths, motivations, and skills for mindset and behavior changes
  • Conduct regular touchpoints via text-based chat and video to assist with attainable goals, provide support/encouragement, track successes/setbacks, and offer resources/tips/strategies in French and English
  • Carry a flexible caseload (up to 29 hours/week) and complete intakes for new members
  • Use judgment and guidelines to refer members to higher care levels (e.g., Therapy, Psychiatry) or other resources
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists via notes to develop/reinforce care plans
  • Attend and respond to multiple tasks, situations, and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation (e.g., discovery sessions, care plans, daily notes)
  • Provide coaching on topics like depression, anxiety, stress management, relationships, communication, and career
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training
