The Client Technical Specialist will provide software support and respond to client calls, offering implementation and support services for the Bad Plan Code Detection product. Responsibilities include troubleshooting product and technical issues, determining severity and scope of inquiries, managing client issues in Salesforce, and configuring customer and user settings. The role also involves educating customers on product usage, maintaining product knowledge, monitoring system status, communicating proactively with customers, escalating complex issues, and documenting solutions to foster client relationships.
