  • Shown experience of Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management at a financial software company, an asset management or asset owner, including endowments, foundations, family office, pension funds, fund-of-funds and investment consultants
  • In-depth understanding of the unique dynamics, cultural nuances, and business landscapes within the APAC institutional investment industry

Responsibilities

  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with customer partners and executive sponsors to ensure they are using the Nasdaq eVestment platform to achieve full business value
  • Covering all new and expanded clients in APAC region
  • Building and maintaining effective long-term relationships, platform usage with key senior-level decision makers of customer accounts
  • Serving as the voice of the customer, tracking the pulse of your clients and helping them get the most out of our products and services
  • Monitoring and recommending strategies to increase user usage and adoption
  • Coordinating internal implementation, reporting needs, training and product resource as needed
  • Partnering with the Sales and Relationship Manager Team to identify client upsell opportunities
  • Conducting strategic business reviews to gauge progress, identifying areas for improvement, gathering and maintaining key client metrics to achieve both client and company objectives
  • Handling multiple projects, responsibilities and competing priorities
  • Tracking client information in Salesforce
  • Reviewing contracts to ensure all activities are within the terms of the contract
  • Preparing various reports to help handle and understand your clients, such as top clients, clients at risk, quality of success, and stage of implementation
  • Building and maintaining effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key users and decision makers
  • Creating new and expanded demand for the Nasdaq eVestment products and services with customers
  • Achieving revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
  • Conducting regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
