Requirements

Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, Finance Manager, or in a similar role focused on core accounting systems
Proficiency in revenue accounting, Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, and a strong understanding of ASC606 principles
Proficiency with fixed asset accounting and depreciation processes
Hands-on experience with core financial systems such as NetSuite, Oracle FAH, Stripe, or similar enterprise-level ERP platforms
A track record of leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience working in a SOX-controlled environment
A process-oriented mindset with an ability to design scalable and efficient solutions
Proficiency in SQL and data warehouses like Snowflake

Responsibilities

Act as the primary partner to the Revenue & Asset Accounting teams
Guide the strategy and development of the finance technology roadmap for all technologies within the order-to-cash and acquire to retire lifecycles, including billing, revenue recognition (ASC606), and asset management
Lead finance technology projects from discovery to launch, gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, and managing project timelines
Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to reduce manual work, increase accuracy, and ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance
Serve as the key liaison with Corporate Technology, Engineering, and external vendors to deliver and support robust solutions
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve the efficiency and scalability of our revenue operations
