Requirements

  • Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, Finance Manager, or in a similar role focused on core accounting systems
  • Proficiency in revenue accounting, Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, and a strong understanding of ASC606 principles
  • Proficiency with fixed asset accounting and depreciation processes
  • Hands-on experience with core financial systems such as NetSuite, Oracle FAH, Stripe, or similar enterprise-level ERP platforms
  • A track record of leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience working in a SOX-controlled environment
  • A process-oriented mindset with an ability to design scalable and efficient solutions
  • Proficiency in SQL and data warehouses like Snowflake

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary partner to the Revenue & Asset Accounting teams
  • Guide the strategy and development of the finance technology roadmap for all technologies within the order-to-cash and acquire to retire lifecycles, including billing, revenue recognition (ASC606), and asset management
  • Lead finance technology projects from discovery to launch, gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, and managing project timelines
  • Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to reduce manual work, increase accuracy, and ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance
  • Serve as the key liaison with Corporate Technology, Engineering, and external vendors to deliver and support robust solutions
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve the efficiency and scalability of our revenue operations
