Requirements

  • Experienced in client success management or similar role
  • Ability to act as key representative for Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) organization
  • Industry expertise, understanding of market trends, and client's competitors' activities
  • Skills in account planning, leveraging Industry SMEs and Market partners
  • Capability to lead virtual teams and coordinate CES personnel
  • Location-based: Brisbane

Responsibilities

  • Deliver revenue growth in 1 or more client accounts
  • Coordinate all CES activities and personnel within account(s)
  • Contribute to development and delivery of CES strategic objectives and financial goals
  • Responsible with Market partners for account planning leveraging Industry SMEs
  • Generate and manage sub-$5M pipeline
  • Ensure contract renewal readiness and secure renewals
  • Create revenue growth mindset in wider CES team to identify opportunities
  • Conduct horizon scanning and cross-sell CES offerings
  • Proactively create opportunities leveraging Consulting Partners, Client Technical Leads, Industry SMEs, and Sales teams
  • Act as the Voice of the Client within CES
  • Understand relationship between client’s goals, internal programs, and technology activities
  • Expand and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Approve sub-$5M deals
  • Forecast revenue and margin accurately with Market partners
  • Ensure all contractual delivery obligations are met
  • Lead virtual team of CES personnel on account
  • Ensure client satisfaction with delivered work
  • Interlock with delivery teams to deliver margin to plan (optimizing onshore/offshore mix, labour pyramid, automation)
  • Ensure delivery of fixed price projects to time, scope, and budget
  • Drive speed of resourcing
