The Partner Success Associate will be responsible for supporting client engagement and growth by building fluency in relevant data and dashboards, creating data-driven presentations on contract performance, managing project timelines and follow-ups, and collaborating with senior leadership on client meetings and internal governance initiatives. They will also contribute to the development of standardized templates and documentation of process optimization efforts within the Partner Success team.
