Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, with a strong emphasis on Patient Access. They are required to have 7+ years of experience with Epic EMR Patient Access workflows and the RTE interface, along with a provider-based background of at least 5 years. Furthermore, candidates must have 4+ years of experience with Salesforce.com and be available for 25-50% travel. HFMA CRCR certification is also required.

Responsibilities

The Client Success Manager will develop and implement strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion by analyzing client data and identifying key metrics. They will utilize customer data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, build relationships with client partners, address concerns, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. The role involves identifying process improvements, implementing them within the client success function, and monitoring client success metrics. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
