The Client Success Lead will manage a team of Client Success Managers, providing coaching and evaluating performance. They will directly manage a small number of strategic customers and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Client Success team. The lead will serve as the primary point of escalation for complex client issues, track key performance indicators, and collaborate with various departments to enhance customer impact. Additionally, they will recruit and develop team members while continuously improving team processes and ensuring data management is optimized.
