Requirements

Responsibilities

The Client Success Director will partner with Practice area leaders and business development leaders to establish long-term advisory relationships, drive organizational changes and business transformation, lead account strategy, develop proposals, articulate staffing needs, manage procurement relationships, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients and TELUS leadership. They will also bring industry best practices and facilitate the creation of market offerings from existing work delivered.
