  • Influence cross-functional partners and help drive decision-making by presenting contract-related insights and implications
  • Maintain and continuously improve documentation, templates, and playbooks
  • Lead contract process ownership and documentation with a focus on operational excellence and scalability across the business

Who You Are

You are a results-driven and highly organized individual with a passion for optimizing processes and driving revenue growth. You're confident in your ability to review and understand contracts, identify opportunities, and implement changes that make a real impact on the business. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring that contract processes are structured, organized and helping to drive revenue.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of contract terms, legal language, and the redlining process
  • Experience in Ironclad and Salesforce is a plus
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable pushing back and negotiating when needed
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and process-driven mindset
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence decisions
  • Previous experience as a paralegal is a plus
