Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) completed before March 2026, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, or business
Ability to join a class of new hires in March 2026
Indefinite right to work in the United States
Passion for building relationships with finance professionals and enthusiasm for learning and working in the financial services industry (Relationship Management)
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well with people from varying backgrounds (Teamwork)
Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively resolve client concerns and promote S&P Global Market Intelligence product usage (Communication)

Ability to work in a hybrid model with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office

Responsibilities

Support clients over the phone, via web chats, and emails after 1-2 months of training and mentorship
Help clients resolve issues, interpret data, and navigate Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms
Complete required certification exams and a rigorous evaluation process testing skills and capabilities
Receive training on data, present group projects, learn about customer segments, and gain exposure to additional S&P Global platforms
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Content, Product, and Technical Support
