Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) completed before March 2026, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, or business
  • Ability to join a class of new hires in March 2026
  • Indefinite right to work in the United States
  • Passion for building relationships with finance professionals and enthusiasm for learning and working in the financial services industry (Relationship Management)
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well with people from varying backgrounds (Teamwork)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively resolve client concerns and promote S&P Global Market Intelligence product usage (Communication)
  • Effective problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills (Proficiency)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office
  • Ability to attend at least one in-person interview at an S&P Global office

Responsibilities

  • Support clients over the phone, via web chats, and emails after 1-2 months of training and mentorship
  • Help clients resolve issues, interpret data, and navigate Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms
  • Complete required certification exams and a rigorous evaluation process testing skills and capabilities
  • Receive training on data, present group projects, learn about customer segments, and gain exposure to additional S&P Global platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Content, Product, and Technical Support
