Enterprise Account Executive

Candidates are required to have at least 3 years of Enterprise level (1500+ employees) solution-based selling experience, with a strong preference for Cloud Communications, Unified Communications, Contact Centre, or SaaS. They should possess a thorough understanding of subscription-based sales and a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and negotiating agreements based on value-based selling while consistently meeting and exceeding quota.
As a Strategic Account Manager, the role involves establishing and managing relationships with current customers, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of their business needs and the 8x8 solutions, and driving customer success to grow their book of business. Responsibilities include maximising existing relationships to identify new business leads, pursuing and closing cross-sell opportunities, working with internal teams to ensure customer success, and collaborating with sales teams throughout the sales process.
