Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED, or alternatively, a combination of experience and education, with 5-7 years of experience preferred. Cross-functional knowledge across platforms, including Client Specifications, Retail, and Contract work, is desirable. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
The Client Relationship Coordinator will collaborate with clients to interpret requirements, understand printing specifications and pricing needs, and build relationships. They will analyze discrepancies, recommend solutions, maintain data integrity, perform testing and peer reviews for programming changes, assist in implementing company strategies, communicate with client decision makers and internal decision makers, enter additions and changes into mainframe environments, interpret and implement requests based on client documentation, participate in New Logo teams, and support process improvement teams by consulting with IT personnel and evaluating process improvement projects.
