As a Client Operations Coordinator, you will assist the Client Onboarding team with submitting documentation to insurance carriers, resolve eligibility concerns, ensure customer enrollment on the SimplyInsured platform, proactively reach out to carriers via phone, text, and email to expedite the onboarding process, and partner with internal teams to provide a positive customer experience.
