Responsibilities

The Associate I, Placement Team will become a licensed expert in life insurance products through training, ensuring a smooth customer experience by providing regular updates via phone, email, and SMS. They will maintain availability at or above predetermined goals for incoming/outgoing calls, retain customers at risk of withdrawal, navigate insurance carrier websites and the CRM system, address customer questions regarding the insurance process, deliver empathetic communication about adverse decisions, and collaborate with internal teams while documenting detailed notes for colleagues.
