Position Overview

NIQ Digital Shelf is a leader in e-retail and omnichannel analytics, empowering clients to define optimal strategies, make informed decisions, and execute in real-time by processing over 100 billion data points daily. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our international support team, contributing to the success of multiple client accounts worldwide.


Responsibilities

  • Set up new customer accounts and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
  • Address and resolve potential issues identified during the Quality Assurance (QA) process.
  • Escalate technical issues to relevant tech teams.
  • Manage internal communication with various teams and external communication with clients via email and meetings.
  • Assist clients during the rollout process by explaining features, required documentation, and answering technical questions.
  • Collaborate with diverse technical teams to escalate and resolve issues, ensuring internal teams are kept updated.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English. Proficiency in any other language is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Previous recent experience in a client-facing role, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to multitask effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Customer-centric and business-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously, adapt, and learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce environment is considered a plus.
