Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Previous Workday experience is strongly preferred, though not required. A strong understanding of Internet technology and Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary, along with a practitioner background in HR, Finance, or Payroll. A PMP certification is highly desired.

Responsibilities

The Workday Associate Engagement Manager will support client, company, and team accomplishments by managing key project deliverables such as charters, project/staffing plans, and issue logs, while driving client engagement. This role involves communicating and addressing budget or resourcing constraints to ensure project success and profitability. Responsibilities include becoming an expert in Workday's Implementation Methodology, demonstrating product suite knowledge, ensuring proper project planning and staffing, and supporting senior managers on larger projects. The manager will collaborate with clients to resolve project issues, ensure delivery within budget, work with Delivery Assurance for compliance, and assist in the transition to product support. They will also ensure clients can serve as references, track issues and risks, communicate status, escalate concerns, present at Executive Steering Committee meetings, identify and escalate change orders, and participate in the sales cycle as needed.
