Responsibilities
- Maintain client files in Agency Management System accurately and consistently
- Compose professional business correspondence (letter, email, etc.)
- Perform accounting/math functions (invoicing, premium allocation, etc.)
- Monitor claims according to agency procedures
- Communicate claims information to agency personnel and maintain updated information in the system
- Provide guidance and assistance to insureds in coordination with claims
- Interact effectively with clients, insurance companies, and agency personnel
- Attend client meetings with Advisors or Directors Risk Management, as requested
- Assist co-workers in responding to client inquiries or processing work, as needed
- Manage the day-to-day activities of client accounts, including policy review, changes, and updates
- Manage contract review for certificates
