Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role in the ad tech industry
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs to position ad tech solutions
  • Conduct regular check-ins, meetings, and business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, product) to deliver service and support
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts by upselling products or services
  • Collaborate with sales on new business development, including proposals, presentations, and demos
  • Proactively pursue revenue growth opportunities in client portfolio
  • Analyze client performance data and metrics for improvements
  • Work with clients on campaign goals, audience, and metrics
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management: setup, launch, optimization, reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify issues/trends, make data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate internally for campaign execution, issue resolution, troubleshooting
  • Stay updated on ad tech industry trends, market dynamics, emerging technologies
  • Develop deep understanding of ad tech solutions to communicate value
  • Share market insights, best practices, and trends with clients
