Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on blended learning approaches. Experience with adult learning principles, instructional design, and the implementation of both high-touch and low-touch learning modalities is essential. Strong collaboration and communication skills are required, along with the ability to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

The Learning Partner II will manage and execute learning programs, ensuring training is effectively delivered and aligned with business needs. This role involves facilitating training sessions, onboarding programs, and workshops for internal teams, collaborating with Learning Associates, and collecting/analyzing training effectiveness data to continuously improve learning experiences. They will also represent Learning & Development in low-stakes external interactions, mentor Learning Partner I, and work with Learning Partner III and Learning Program Leads to refine instructional design processes and learning methodologies.
