Seesaw is seeking an exceptional educator to join the Professional Learning team. This customer-facing role involves being a Seesaw expert, supporting teachers and administrators, and leading professional development sessions to drive success with the Seesaw platform.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a member of the Professional Learning team, you will:

  • Facilitate interactive, impactful Seesaw product training and professional development opportunities for customers.
  • Deliver training virtually or occasionally onsite as needed.
  • Lead Professional Development sessions for groups of teachers and administrators of varying sizes.
  • Deliver virtual or onsite professional development and training to support the effective use of Seesaw.
  • Check calendar, Slack, and email daily for updates and booked sessions.
  • Maintain pre and post-session documentation and notes in designated systems, including sending follow-up resources to customers via email.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the latest features in Seesaw and relevant support resources.
  • Raise and help resolve customer issues with speed and urgency, communicating back to the customer as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of primary teaching experience.
  • Prior experience with educator coaching and/or delivering professional development is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Seesaw and/or use of Seesaw in the classroom is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, flexible, able to think critically, and a quick learner.
  • Positive, upbeat, proactive, and professional attitude.
  • Collaborative teammate who is values-driven and supportive.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using technology to present and demonstrate.
  • Ability to travel if needed, especially during peak season.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule when customer demands require it (evenings, early mornings, as needed).
  • Comfortable with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Pacific Time Zone preferred.
  • Close proximity to a major airport.

Compensation & Reimbursement

  • Compensation: Competitive virtual per session and daily onsite rates for training delivery and preparation.
  • Reimbursement: Travel and lodging expenses are reimbursed within 15 days of invoice submission when required.
