Requirements

Candidates should possess at least three years of primary teaching experience, prior experience with educator coaching or delivering professional development is a plus, and a strong knowledge of Seesaw and/or its use in the classroom is strongly preferred. Exceptional presentation skills, strong organizational abilities, flexibility, critical thinking skills, and the capacity to learn quickly are also required, along with a positive, upbeat, proactive, and professional attitude, and comfort with using technology such as Google Suite.

Responsibilities

The Professional Development and Training Specialist will deliver virtual or onsite professional development and training to support the effective use of Seesaw, maintain pre and post session documentation and notes, and proactively raise customer issues with speed and urgency, helping to resolve and communicate back to the customer as needed. They will also check their calendar, Slack, and email daily for updates, maintain a strong knowledge of Seesaw features and support resources, and be willing to travel if needed, working a flexible schedule when customer demands require it.
