Candidates should possess basic computer and Microsoft Office experience, with at least one year of experience in customer service and professional office settings. They must be an independent learner who seeks knowledge and is adaptable to change, able to excel in an organized and detail-oriented environment, and possess Life and Health licensing within 90 days of employment.
The Client Experience Coordinator will greet all individuals and direct them appropriately, answer and screen phone calls, maintain a welcoming and clean appearance of common office areas, maintain building maintenance requests and parking access, replenish and re-order snack and drink supplies for the office, manage monthly calendar, office directories, contact lists, and office supply inventory, and complete and/or assist with projects as needed by the team. Additionally, the role will involve completing task requests from teams working within the Client Relations Center, proactively reconnecting unassigned clients with active advisors, maintaining unassigned client data, providing support for client transitions, and assisting with the overall operations of the Client Experience Center.
