Client Executive

Position Overview

Experian is seeking a motivated Client Executive to drive revenue growth within a named account environment. This role involves managing overall client relationships, developing alliances with senior client management, and acting as a strategic business partner. You will leverage Experian's data, analytics, software, and technology solutions to help clients in the financial services industry enhance lending, risk management, and fraud prevention. A key aspect of this role is proactively cultivating relationships with new partners to uncover new business opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue growth within assigned named accounts.
  • Manage and maintain overall client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain close alliances with senior client management personnel.
  • Offer recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals.
  • Negotiate annual and individual pricing contracts and agreements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them leverage Experian's solutions.
  • Uncover new opportunities by proactively cultivating relationships with new partners in the financial services industry.
  • Quickly grasp concepts and share knowledge of the industry and how data, software, and analytics can transform customer businesses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, balancing priorities, bringing the right people together, handling issues, and identifying opportunities.
  • Understand customer priorities and promote the voice of the customer to improve Experian's solutions.
  • Develop forecasts and advance pipelines.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
  • Identify new ways to grow the business and expand current partnerships.
  • Challenge yourself with different opportunities, prioritize accountability, and build trust with teammates and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of successful financial services experience with a track record of overachieving in selling complex solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience uncovering sales opportunities for marketing, risk, analytics, fraud, and software solutions within the financial services sector.
  • Understanding of customer priorities and initiatives designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations.
  • Ability to generate and develop new business, including prospecting within an existing book of business.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
